Nowadays, in the enterprise management and operation, the salary management resides in the strategic position, is human resources management central content, salary management solution good, has the significant significance to enterprise's development. Along with knowledge economy's arrival, the knowledge staff's salary drove that becomes more and more important. However when social economy to market into guidance pattern transformation, many enterprises still continued to use the salary control system which ossifies, such salary system will cause the enterprise management and operation cost directly increase with the whole managerial and administrative expertise drop. Many enterprises when salary plan design departs from the labor market law of value, lacks the consummation human resources management system, particularly lacks the science the salary system, not only cannot arouse staff's work enthusiasm, cannot detain the outstanding talent who the enterprise needs, causes the salary management to lose the substantive significance, causes the enterprise to be in the salary management during the vicious circle. Therefore, to be how scientific, design a set to suit the salary system which reasonably China enterprise development needs, is an urgently needed solution question. Is precisely under this background, arises at the historic moment based on the competency's salary pattern.This article take to the knowledge staff's competency appraisal and the establishment competence strength model as a foundation, take GJ Corporation as the example, has studied the competency model in salary management application. This article in has analyzed the GJ Corporation human resources characteristic, the existing salary pattern existence question as well as in the competency correlation theories foundation, elaborates implements in GJ Corporation based on the competency salary pattern serviceability, has established the GJ corporate design personnel's competency model. Then, in the theory stratification plane, in the use fuzzy mathematics' fuzzy judgment method carries on the appraisal to the GJ corporate design personnel's competency level, and carries on the comparison to between staff's competency level. Finally, elaborated the competency model in GJ Corporation salary pattern design applied research. This article research results have not only enriched the competency theory content, also has developed the competency model application scope, was the enterprise consummates the salary management pattern to provide a more valuable basis.
