The Research On The Export-oriented SMEs' Technological Innovation Capability

The rapid development of export-oriented SMEs plays a vital role in Chinese economy. However, there are many problems exist in the process of the export-oriented SMEs, and technological innovation has become an important influence factors in the development of the export-oriented SMEs. Especially under the impact of the global financial crisis, the effect becomes increasingly important. Therefore, on the based of the current situation, the research on technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs has an important theoretical and practical significance.On the base of domestic and foreign research results of the technological innovation capability, and in combination with the features of the export-oriented SMEs, this thesis researches the technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs systematically. This thesis is divided into six chapters and discusses the formation mechanism, promotion mechanism, evaluation and promotion measures of the technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs systematically and deeply. The main content can be as follows:Firstly, this thesis discusses the background and significance of the thesis, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and then expounds the research contents, research methods and main innovation of this thesis.Secondly, this thesis discusses the formation and promotion of the export-oriented SMEs'technological innovation capability. Combining the division standard of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, we define the conception of medium-sized enterprises and the conception of export-oriented SMEs'technological innovation capability. By analyzing the technological innovation capability's influencing factors of the export-oriented SMEs, we propose the formation mechanism and promotion mechanism of the export-oriented SMEs.Thirdly, this thesis evaluates the technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs. By establishing homologous evaluation system and choosing appropriate evaluation methods, this thesis evaluates the technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs. At the same time, it selects an enterprise as case study to verify the feasibility and scientificalness of the evaluation system and evaluation method.Fourthly, this thesis analyzes the current situation of the technological innovation capability of Chinese export-oriented SMEs. By analyzing the technological innovation and the technological innovation capability, it proposes the causes of low technological innovation capability, and adopts S-W-O-T method into the promotion of the technological innovation capability.Fifthly, on the base of the above researches, this thesis proposes the promoting measures on the technological innovation capability of the export-oriented SMEs from the perspectives of government and enterprise.Sixly, this thesis doses the summary and put foreword some suggestions for the future study.
