Research On The Analysis And Optimization Of Sales Logistics For Chery

Chery is a state-owned shareholding enterprise established by Anhui local state-owned investment company. The development of the self-owned brands of passenger cars is to the forefront,but there are still problems with the high logistics cost and Irrationality of the inventory. Modern research and improve focus on the business enterprise logistics distribution logistics. Enterprise logistics system reform and innovation,the key point is to seek to reduce logistics costs and improved competitive advantage. How can I reduce logistics costs, that is to improve the logistics aspect of operating efficiency,integrate traditional business processes and organizational structures, and with the help of computer network for enterprise logistics system services, this is the foundation of the development.Firstly, this paper introduced the present situation and developing tendency of Chinese automobile's sales logistics mode and then summarized the current sales logistics of Chery.Furthermore,based on the concept of sales logistics and its optimization theories, this paper uses some theoretical and mathematical methods of system analysis and optimization to find the reasons of some problems existing and discussed the solutions of these optimization theories and methods. After studying the cost controlling method of sales logistics , order management,the management of logistics information system,the optimized management of warehouse and transportation,the paper analyzed the way to select transport services with a numerical example, and proved the soundness and applicability of the method. Especially , the transport service provider evaluation and selection procedures, the index system evaluation, transportation service providers of information investigation, the weight determination , the corresponding indicator calculation, the evaluation of transport service providers and other issues were studied.At last,the paper uses MATLAB software programming to solve the model .The research provides the sale logistics of the theories and methods, the process and methods of this paper are valuable for similar enterprise's sales logistics.
