And performance management theory and the actual situation in the bank, the sales performance management system were redesigned. In designing the new performance management systems for performance management and concentrate on the theory and the theory of the development process and the specific method for the introduction of the oc, the situation of human resources and existing problems have elaborated and analysis. Finally, it combines theory with practice and oc according to the overall strategic objectives of the new performance management system, and a new solution to the problem is pointed out.
