The competitions among companies are more and more serious with our country's market economy more developing. How to improve the company competitive force in the fierce market becomes the most important problem for the company and also it is the important factor for sustainable development of the company. For the Service Industry, how to obtain the customer's satisfaction & loyalties by giving perfect services and take it as the company's competition-advantages becomes the most important requirement for the company. The Customer Satisfaction Theory & Model was brought up by foreign scholars, then applied by many developed countries. In recent decades, lots of research works of the models and methods of operation were done in many countries, and an integrate systematic method and operation was made. There have been nearly 20years since the research and application of customer satisfaction theory in China, and it has made successfully results in some fields (such as Manufactory and Logistic industry).The tea-house industry in Chengdu has been developed very fast in lastly 20years. Owners and managers are eager to find effective methods to improve their competition force under the fierce pressures. Based on the theory instruction practice as a starting point, data service in the management process for the purpose, the author has done much research on J tea-houses in Chengdu, and got particular materials. Based on the existing domestic and international customer satisfaction model, the author designed the customer satisfaction model for J tea-house J. The author also distributed and called back many questionnaires, then finished the data-analysis work. At last the author found J tea-house existing problems and put forward the improvement measures by got the CSI report on J tea-house.The features and innovation points of the article are as follow:(1)Based on the models of CSI, the author used the CSI system for the tea-house industry in Chengdu. (2)The author designed the CSI guidelines system on J tea-house.(3)Based on lots of data, the author got the CSI system factor's weight by direct correlation method and factor analysis method.(4)The author offered the analytic report of CSI on J tea-house in Chengdu and point out the improvement measures and advice.
