Performance is always an important development in the enterprise operation, eternal topic. The management level of enterprises enhance the problem basically is centered on how to improve the performance level and spread out, performance is all enterprise management theory innovation and development to cut a point. Most of the domestic industries and enterprises also begin to become more involved in the global market competition environment.China National Tobacco as the exclusive franchise industry, due to the operation of the market economy are out of line, leading to the performance evaluation of experience and talent lack, assessment lacks scientific issues such as. This article mainly through adherence to the principle of seek truth from facts and rigorous scientific analysis method, theory and enterprise actual close union, through establishing the theory model, using the scientific theory and method, in order to on the basis of this study to find a set of CY company more scientific, effective, targeted employee incentive plan and performance appraisal system, realization of the enterprise performance appraisal more scientific development.
