In order to improve their own industry competitiveness, the tobacco industry plays a huge role in Chinese tax is also constantly seeking for dealing with the fierce competition in the industry. As an important node of the tobacco supply chain, the tobacco logistics center’s role is self-evident. Because the low performance of tobacco logistics center, so we can use the actual investigation and evaluation of H tobacco logistics center, we can found the problem of the performance of H tobacco logistics center, and find the measures to improve the performance of the logistics center, then to improve the operational activities of the logistics center, and to enhance the competitiveness of H tobacco logistics center.In this paper, H tobacco logistics center is regarded as a whole. Through the performance evaluation so we can analyze and research. Then find out the problems and put forward the improvement measures, and then improve the performance of H tobacco logistics center. First of all, this paper introduces the significance and background of the research, and analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign related researches, and summarizes the relevant theories. Then the paper introduces the status of tobacco industry, the status of H tobacco logistics center and the status of the H tobacco logistics center in the performance evaluation,and so on. Combining the actual situation of H tobacco logistics center and the construction principle of logistics center performance index system, construct the evaluation index system of H tobacco logistics center. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the weighted sum method to evaluate the performance, and combining the two methods to evaluate the performance. Finally, the results of the evaluation are formed. By analyzing the evaluation results, the problemsof H tobacco logistics center are found out, and the countermeasures and suggestions can be raised.
