With the increasingly fierce competition and ever changing market, the company need to raise the managerial and administrative expertise continuously, maintain the competitive advantage, to deal with the fast changing market environment, and meet the increasing demand of customer. The internal operating process of the company is also need to be improved, to meet the need of company's development. Through process optimization, the company could raise its efficiency of operation, maintain the competitive advantage.JY Company occupies lead position in homophony LCD field, base on the strong technology force; the company will strengthen customer service, and build up it to be new competitive advantage. So delivery in time and quick response are the goal of customer service. The fulfillment of order is the key point to match the goal. The article studies the object of order fulfillment work flow of JY Company.Through the analysis of work flow, the article determines the exiting issues of the work flow, and raises the optimization suggestion. Supplemented by complementary measures, in order to improve efficiency, enhance communication and collaboration to achieve timely delivery and quick response of the target. After raising the research background and research idea, we introduce the definition, theory and method of business process improvement, and base on the analysis of business situation of JY company and the market conditions of LCD, we suggest that JY company need to build up new competitive advantage, to strengthen the performance of timely delivery and quick response, and also suggest to optimize the order fulfillment process. To optimize the order execution management process, first need to an in-depth study and analysis on the process. Using process analysis tools, process analysis on the basis of the overall framework, using of critical success factors method, to filter the order review process, order plan process, and orders shipping management processes, 3 critical business processes; Using Pareto chart, identify major problems caused delays in key processes; using Fishbone diagram, in-depth analyses of key issues, identify root cause. Finally, according to the goals and ideas of order fulfillment management, optimization according to root causes cause delivery delays, slow feedback. application by ECRS and " four elements of process " law, strengthen communication and coordination, increased information processing and transmission efficiency, and process content, process efficiency, process logic, processes, functions, and so on, to optimize the process. Through data analysis and process optimization, validate procedures optimizations. At the same time for order execution management process optimization, to make organizational changes, personnel training and performance evaluation, the following measures to ensure smooth implementation of process optimization.The article not only find good tactics and method of work flow analysis and work flow optimization, but also find good ways to strengthen communication and raise efficiency of information transform. It is not only good to JY Company's development, but also provide reference for the company which has the same type.
