Research On The Problems In The Reform Of The "Village In City" In China

"Village in city"is a articular henomenon in the roses of fast city urbanization. It has obvious Chinese feature under the background of city and village Dual government system. In the ast few years, it has got more and more attentions from government, Village eole and researchers. They studied this oint based on economics, sociology and science of city lanning. But the reform is not easy,it will not only face the ownershi changing of the collective land, but also will face the roblems such as caital limit and the benefits conflict in the reform and so on.In this aer, based on some correlative theories and some other tyical city's ractical exeriences of village in city's regeneration other states, reasons of the forming, resent conditions and the major roblems of the village in city in Xi'an are analyzed. The conflicts of olitical system and the in China and of relations economic benefit in each layer are analyzed with Game Theory. The aroriate and advanced models in different conditions in Xi'an City are discussed, and some roosals are given. The researches on the regeneration of Village in city are still in groing ste, while most of which are aroached based on case study.In the end, we realize that how to avoid the new"village in city"comes out is the main oint and root to solve the roblem. So, we give some useful advice and hoes to rovide some use for further study and ractice of"village in city".
