Building industry is labor-intensive industries, huge employment capacity, a quarter of rural migrant workers are in the building industry. The added value of the building industry accounts for about 7% of GDP in China has become the pillar industry of national economy. In recent years, the building industry as a pillar industry of national economy has maintained rapid growth momentum at the same time, labor -management conflicts, increasingly surfaced. Cultural qualities of the migrant workers are relatively low, while the building industry mainly menial jobs, living force, so that migrant workers in the labor market showed a large number of undifferentiated supply, which increased its weak position in labor relations. In the "strong capital weak labor" cases, the low level of wages of migrant workers, and often in arrears; overtime work is extremely common; working conditions, labor safety protection measures in place; major casualties occur frequently; social security more serious deficiencies. Especially before the Spring Festival every year, due to the problem of wage arrears massacre occurred everywhere. These problems not only to society caused serious negative impacts, and to some extent hindered the development of China's building industry. In the building within the industry, many do not have the qualifications of the contracting team with subcontractors, affiliated, subcontractors and other illegal means to enter a building site, a construction quality, production safety and protection of migrant workers rights and other issues are potential problems. If you do not attach importance to these problems, left unchecked, this will affect the healthy development of China's building industry, thus affecting the construction of harmonious society.
