China's reform and opening up has been over thirty years of history, in this three decades, the economic and social development in China has made remarkable achievements, but with the rapid development of market economy, social development imbalances in the accumulation of many aspects contradictions are difficult to solve, especially the conflict between employers and employees. the deterioration of labor relations has been caused by labor conflicts in a very bad influence in society, become an obstacle to building a socialist harmonious society in China. To mitigate and even resolve conflicts between employers and employees, must address underlying causes of labor disputes and take corresponding countermeasures.The thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter I, Introduction. First introduced the research background, and from the perspective of both theory and practical significance of their research. Secondly, domestic and foreign labor conflict were reviewed existing research, this study leads to the topic. Chapter II, the understanding of the theory in Marx's labor value. The chapter on the Marxist labor theory of value and main contents of the basic ideas and describes Marxist Labor Theory of Value Theory and industrial relations between the internal logic. Chapter III, the historical development of labor conflict and the main performance. Rationalize the labor conflict in the historical development, combination on the basis of the characteristics of China's economic transition, analyst and elaborate labor conflict in China through the data access methods. Chapter IV, the analysis of the cause of labor conflict, This chapter will be based on Marx's labor theory of value, use value of labor laws and wage changes in value, to find cause of the theoretical source of labor conflict, combined with changes in the value of empirical analysis of labor, in-depth study of the root causes of labor disputes. Chapter V, measures and suggestions of easing labor-management conflicts and the establishment of harmonious labor relations. By the results of the preceding analysis of China's economic development combined with their own characteristics, from Marxist theory, for the coordination of labor relations, easing labor conflicts, and promote the development of social harmony and stability to make some flexible and targeted policies and proposals.Theory with practice, based on Marx's labor theory of value and our analysis of the current status of labor conflicts, tap the deep inner cause of labor conflict and propose targeted suggestions to ease the intensifying labor conflicts, the promotion establishing of harmonious labor relations. All of these are the key issues to be solved in the study.
