International Carbon Emissions Trading, The Rise Of China's Foreign Trade Development

Human activities seriously influence the climate, this problem brought huge challenges to human beings. The international community continuously carrying on the climate talks and cooperation, in order to deal with the negative impact of climate change. The Kyoto Protocol provides detailed reduction target to the relevant developed countries, and allows developed countries using three kinds of flexible mechanism to achieve carbon emissions index. The three mechanisms are clean development mechanism, emission trading mechanism and joint performance mechanism. In recent years, international carbon emissions trade developed rapidly, it became the effective means of carbon emissions in many countries. This paper introduces the development situation of international carbon emissions trade, and analyses the possitive effects and negative effects to china. Finally, this paper puts forward seven strategies to deal with the effects of carbon emissions,including transform the mode of economic development, optimize the system of domestic carbon emissions trading,formulate carbon tax collection system, develop environmental diplomacy and so on, in order to promote the sustainable development of china's foreign trade.
