CZ is a manufacture of optical systems, industrial measuring instruments and medical equipment of German company. In 2008 after the reorganization of the company's global strategy, CZ has been considered an important component. The company headquarters decided to substantial increase production capacity in CZ Suzhou. All these requirements need the considerable size of the premise of the stability of high-quality team. Through the improvement of the corporate culture which not only can attract talents back, but also long-term work for the enterprise. Meanwhile, for those staffs that are not suited to the enterprise culture should be separated out, corporate culture construction is also the key to Talent retention.Based on this, we use the combination of theory and practice to perform survey via the questionnaire form to learn the satisfaction level of employee for the construction of enterprise culture, which targeted on three aspects of corporate culture building, so it is more suitable for Chinese. Through corporate culture of the building, it helps companies retain talent.The implementation of the program can improve the level of corporate culture to better retain live talent, not only bring stability to the enterprise team, the team also help to improve the stability of the productivity of enterprises, for enterprises to create more value. Good corporate culture is not only to retain a large number of key personnel, but also beneficial to improve corporate social image.
