With China reform, open and foreign companies' abundant investigation, the China foreign investigated companies are" operated more and more closely in line with international practice. The worldwide hiring relations are change essentially. Traditional long time engagement, loyalty to the organization is facing more challenges. The person becomes loyal to his personal occupation rather than the job position. While labor supply becoming tense in the labor market, high employees turnover rate becomes many companies focus, especially for the key talent who has big impact on company operation.Key talents refer to the employees who have professional technology to master core business, sales network, key resources and have big impact to company business. They could make big profit to the company or could implement reform in the company. They are "generator" and "booster", which supply power to motivate company develop forward.In this dissertation, the author use related motivation theory and multiculture theory as base to do the case study which Italian Delonghi group implement key talent retention project in China branch. It shows the importance of motivation policy and understanding to multiculture by description and explanation of human resources policy implantation. Key talent motivation is a systemic project, which need to reflect equity and individuation.This dissertation try to give an example to the foreign investigated company in China in key talent retention through combine of theory and case study. Because of many limited resources, the other two important issues, international allocation employees retention and stock motivation is still pending for future further study.
