Food safety is a hot topic of consumers, but the problem hasn't been tackled but endlessly to appear. The product is highly related to consumers' health, in order to further study on the present situation of dairy products, aiming to improving the industry standard while supply customers with high-quality products. Under this background, relevant enterprises were investigated. In the field of dairy products, its unique characteristic decides the uniqueness of their core competitiveness. This paper narrow the scope of fast dairy products, chose some enterprises of the industry, quantification indexes of the choose enterprise. With the help of references and the method of case analyze to work out the index system of dairy products, during the same time AHP give the index weight. The research is mainly covering following aspects:First. Make a research on the theory of dairy products enterprise, as well as the characteristics of dairy products. With the help of internship so as to explain all of the indexes about core competitive of dairy products enterprise.Second. According to the relationship and characteristics of the indexes, use AHP to confirm the weight of variables and constitute an integrated evaluation system of dairy products enterprise.Last. Make a research on the non-dimensional treatment and benchmarking, and finally establish an Integrated Evaluation Model to evaluate the dairy products enterprise.This paper further analyzed the dairy industry standard; give some related suggestions on enterprise production and marketing. It is positive for consumers' health and social stability.
