Abstract:Dairy product is one of most indispensable food in people’s life, and it’s also an important index to measure the development of the national economy. Xinjiang, as one of China’s major pastoral areas, has richly endowed natural resources, as well as high quality dairy products which are mellow and sweet. However, affected by the "Melamine" event, Xinjiang dairy consumption market is in an unprecedented crisis of trust. Upgrading dairy quality assurance system is more urgent for Xinjiang’s companies. Since Xinjiang dairy companies are lack of Core competitiveness, Xinjiang doesn’t have any enterprise similar to "Mengniu" or "Yili". Therefore, set up an accurate Xinjiang dairy company’s quality competitiveness evaluation system and reshape Xinjiang dairy enterprise development capabilities are the most important thing for Xinjiang dairy enterprises integrate resources to move forward, are the key to face the competitive market.This article is drawing basis on previous theoretical, with Xinjiang dairy industry competitive market backdrop. First erected an evaluation system for accurate Xinjiang dairy companies’quality competitiveness. In the index, the excellent quality grading rate and the milk capacity development sustainable development indicators, which two are indicators factor especially set up for Xinjiang dairy companies, but also the innovation of this article.Secondly, through using the factor analysis method to calculate the Xinjiang76dairy companies related date results in Xinjiang quality level score, sustainable development score and the quality competitiveness score. With those, integrate the actual situation of Xinjiang dairy enterprises, this paper using BCG matrix and the AHP method, the quality of the current situation in Xinjiang competitive dairy companies were integrated horizontal and vertical depth analysis. Eventually proposed the suggestions to improve the quality of Xinjiang dairy enterprises. Thus hope to contribute some to Xinjiang dairy companies’development.
