Science and technology, especially information technology, have get rapid development. Reform and Opening-up make the social and economy changes lots of and a series of "large and perfect","small but complete" vertical integration enterprise can not adapt to more competitive, complicated form and changeable market environment, a single enterprise solely rely on his own is hard to develop. The advanced western management thought and the successful experience of many international enterprise give Chinese enterprises lots of reference. Supply chain, the practice has proved it is an effective method of enterprise competitiveness, is one of China's vast enterprises accepted , facing the market environment the enterprises begin to make together with upstream and downstream firms closely.As a kind of mechanism which can reduce the society complexity, trust mechanism not only plays an important role in the social life and economic development, but also is the the premise of supply chain to be a success .If the supply chain supply chain partner trust relationship cannot build and ensure its effectiveness, it will lead to partners relationship be broken and the failure of the whole supply chain. Yet in reality, people have to face the fact that the trust of Chinese supply chain partners is lack, it restricts the in-depth development of supply chain and the growth of enterprise competitive.This paper base on the existing trust theory and the special conditions of Chinese supply chain partners is the breakthrough point, using induction, the game theory method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to research how to establish a trust mechanism between supply chain partners. First of all, I summarized the related theory of analysis of supply chain partner relationship construction, management, the features of trust and functions in this paper. Secondly, I research the present trust situation and the reason, supply chain partner trust mechanism ,the analysis and study of cause between supply chain partner. Then, introducting two parts of building trust mechanism.In research of establishment initial trust of partner, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analysis trusted degree evaluation of . Facing the long-term trust relationship between partners describe emphatically analyze and the importance of information communication fair. This paper mainly use game theory for the safeguard of trust mechanism between supply chain partners through one cycle and cycle repeated game trust security two aspects . Finally , taking the Xin Yu Iron and steel Group as a case to prove that this article has certain proof theory of practice.
