Study On The Collaboration Trust Mechanism Between Node Industries In The Supply Chain

Collaboration trust between the node industries of supply chain is a dynamic process,and it is affected by many factors. Due to the longevity of the trust establishment and the mended difficulty after the trust destruction, the study on trust is much which is done by domestic and overseas scholars. This paper studys collaboration trust mechanism in the supply chain, which focuses on the main influencing factors of the trust.In this paper, the coordination theory, supply chain collaborative management theory,trust theory and the theory of the structural equation model are presented, and some research direction in the related fields is described. On the basis of these theory outline, the paper proposes a dynamic evolution process of supply chain collaboration trust, and summarizes eight key factors(that is called factors in the model) that influencing inter-firms trust, and these factors are summed up in two dimensions: the initial trust factors and the interaction trust factors. Then, it analyzes the two dimensions of collaborative trust(that is called factors in the model), and establishes the effect relationship theoretical model that includes three dimensions, namely initial trust factors, interacting rust factors and collaborative trust in which there are 10 factors, and puts forward the corresponding assumptions. The paper aims at verifying whether the theoretical model is correct, and gets the specific effect path value between the latent variables in order to give some suggestions for supply chain managers.After the construction of the theoretical model, it summerizes the 34 measure items of 10 factors, designs a questionnaire, and then distributes and callbacks them, and verifies the theoretical model by use of the collected data and the method of structural equation model.Structural equation model contains the measurement model and the structure model. The measurement model is to analyze the relationship between the observed variables and latent variables, in which there will use the SPSS and AMOS software. The structure model is to explore the relationship between exogenous latent variables and endogenous latent variables that the relationship between eight influencing factors and the two dimensions of trust and it’s necessary to complete this process with the AMOS software. In this study, it is necessary to input the collected data from questionnaires into the SPSS19.0 firstly, and analyzes the data characteristics of observed variables and the reliability coefficient of latent variables, and measures the validity of the scale by using KMO and Bartlett inspection sphericity, and conducts the exploratory factor analysis of the measurement model. Then it uses AMOS20.0to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of the measurement model and gets the factor loading and tests its significance. Then the construct reliability and the convergent validity are inspected. Lastly, the path coefficient of the hypothesis model and the fitting indexes are obtained.According to the empirical simulation research, the paper has better fitting degree between the theoretical model and the actual observation data. The theoretical model can be accepted, and the assumption is also reasonable. It also gets the conclusion that corporate culture and reputation have relatively higher influence on the reliability in the eight influencing factors, and enterprise culture, dependency and information sharing have relatively higher influence on the goodwill in the eight influencing factors.
