Research On Trust-Building And Its Trust Evaluation System And Incentive Mechanism Within Supply Chain

With the development of globalization,the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains.Supply chain management plays a key role in development of enterprises.The research about the supply chain partnership has been recognized gradually.In China,trust is bottleneck of the research about the supply chain partnership.So we have to pay more attention on supply chain trust.As to core enterprise,trust can cut down transaction costs,reduce the operation risk and enhance running efficiency.However,it is a complex work to build supply chain trust.The prevenient studies about trust-building within supply chain have not become a complete theory.Therefore,this article will focus on the research for trust-building and its trust evaluation system and incentive mechanism within supply chain.The article firstly researches on supply chain trust and summarizes the influential factors.Based on the study about formation and constitution of supply chain trust,the article sets up a process model for trust-building within supply chain,and states the common mechanism of trust-building.Then,the article proposes supply chain trust level indicator system based on the prevenient researches.The article uses the fuzzy integral method to evaluate supply chain trust.Besides,the article has a study on the relationship among the indexes and uses fuzzy cognitive maps to investigate the index system,which works out a balance status of supply chain trust.And then,we find out the key indicators of supply chain trust and formulate the supply chain trust incentive mechanism.At last,we conclude this article and point out the further exploration and study.
