In the knowledge economy era, technology innovation has become the main driving force of growth. Technology innovation, the key is the talents. Both in developed and developing countries take the technology talent as the core factors to enhance the core competitiveness of the state. At the moment, there is big gap between our technology innovation and the developed countries. talent shortage in its own power has become the main restrict factors of technological innovation in our country.Based on the related theory of technology innovations. This paper takes the enterprise technology talents as the research object and study the technology innovation dynamic problems. It firstly analysis the main problems existing in the technological innovation and the causes.
