| With the rapid development of information technology and the globalization of world economy, the level of the continuous improvement for the automobile manufacturing enterprises is facing severe challenges. Based on dynamic market environment, enterprises must be able to strong their competitiveness and strengthen all aspects of the enterprise agility. Production planning is the core of the production planning system, so improving the agility of production planning is to improve their overall agility foundation.JIT is commonly used in manufacturing and assembling enterprises. Many companies encountered more or less problems in the use of JIT mode in production planning and scheduling. The survey find the change in plans by up to 25% or more, which led to the assembly process of changing the road queue, scheduling work more complex, quantitative large safety stock, leading to the manufacturing costs high.This paper studies the agility of plan production for the assembly lines of automobile manufacturing companies. For the first time, this paper mainly analysis the phenomenon of changeable production plan which lacks agility. According to the Agility Evaluating Model of Enterprises designed by Rick Dove, from four dimensions:Time, Cost, Robustness and Scope of Change, designing a new production planning agility evaluating model, called by Production Plan Agile Index(P2 AI). In order to facilitate business practice, this paper refined the dimensions as quantifiable indicators, and then constructed an evaluation index system of production plan agility. With actual cases, in order to enhance the production plans this paper uses production planning DEMATEL method to find the cause of agility factors for enterprises laid the foundation for agility. For the second time, this paper puts forward some ways to enhance the agility of the production plan, including shorting the duration, program objects and the scope, cutting down planning time by Parallel work and using agile programming methods based on rolling plan method. At last, based on clearing the agility of production plan and the content of agile production planning, analyzing the reasons for change in plans, this paper design assembly line model of agile production planning on JIT. |
