In recent years, with the harbor engineering construction such as port construction and dredging flourishing in China, all the harbor engineering companies of CCCC have achieved leaps in their development, which laid a firm industry foundation for the CCCC to enter the world top 500 and its brand building. Various engineering vessels as the core equipment of CCCC have played an important role in the development process of the company. Thus, in order to maximize engineering vessel's performance to meet the demand of the development of the enterprise, it has become an outstanding issue for the human resources management of CCCC that how to stimulate the enthusiasm of the crew properly and how to improve the efficiency and safety performance of the vessels.This paper began with the basic theory of the salary administration which provides a theoretical platform for the thesis studies. Then, it gave a description of the current engineering vessel salary structure of CCCC harbor engineering system, carefully analyzed its rationality and shortcoming and pointed out the necessity of the innovation of the shipman payment system. On the basis of the salary status research of the shipman human resources market and analysis of the shipman salary formation mechanism and studies of the shipman payment systems of related industries, the paper brought forward the main idea and design proposal of payment design. Besides, the paper has given an introduction to the supporting measures and notes during the implementation of the payment system. To some extent, the research achievement will change CCCC harbor engineering system's cognition of the shipman salary and play a referential role in its shipman payment innovation. |
