Since China's accession to the world trade organization, the economic globalization has brought increasing influence, this influence is reflected not only in the society, life, also performed in marketing activities. From market research, development, planning, strategy and other aspects are facing challenges. Real estate is a high profit industry, but because of its investment value, cycle is long, the physical form is immovable, market competition is not sufficient, rolling development characteristics, so it is a high risk industry.In an increasingly competitive market economy, the real estate industry which depends on technology and products can't create profit in future. The difference of marketing, service marketing, company strategy management theory application will become a real estate enterprise development the cornerstone. At the same time, take the customer as the center, according to market demand development and construction of real estate products, through the exchange of the product value, but also promote the development of enterprises in the power. But at present, many developers in marketing also lack the strategic consciousness, limited to the company's current development, however, the lack of real estate marketing strategy will be critical to the success of the decision of real estate enterprises. In order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of real estate industry, the real estate marketing strategy research is particularly important.The 2008 financial crisis has seriously affected the healthy development of our society, the central government's four trillion investment plan and the rapid development of real estate industry, exposed serious problems after the financial crisis. The high prices and a large number of vacant phenomenon, highlights the chaos of China's real estate market.order and institution building. In this paper, based on the HA real estate company 's existing strategic status and marketing situation, combined with the HA real estate company marketing environment analysis, and pointed out the deficiency, close contact with national regulation of real estate policies and the economic development of the situation, according to the Luoyang Municipal Development Planning and real estate policy, proposed HA Corporation marketing strategy, also put a project into the implementation. In order to obtain a better competitive advantage, this paper resented that the differentiation strategy, making scientific and reasonable project planning, accurating positioning mean to enhance company competition ability. This paper has good practical value.
