Based on the theory of marketing strategy,combined with the development of taiyuan real estate market,this paper analyzes and studies the project of M real estate taiyuan company as a specific case,sorts out the marketing strategy status quo of M real estate taiyuan company,and seeks for a better marketing strategy.This paper first investigates the research background of the subject,establishes the research objectives,research methods and paper structure of this paper.Then,from the perspective of relevant theories and methods,the concepts,theories and strategies related to real estate and marketing are established to provide theoretical basis for subsequent market analysis and improvement Suggestions.Then,for taiyuan city real estate market has carried on the investigation and study,on the influence factor of M real estate marketing real estate in taiyuan company dimensions system structure is analyzed and the research argument,USES the questionnaire survey design taiyuan M real estate company marketing present situation questionnaire,experts offer on the basis of questionnaire results,prove that real estate marketing related factors;Based on this,this paper analyzes the project of M real estate taiyuan company from four parts:product function,integrated channel,marketing strategy and price strategy,and sorts out the problems in the current marketing strategy.Finally,based on the analysis results of real estate marketing strategies and current problems,this paper discusses the marketing strategies and improvement measures of M real estate taiyuan company,and puts forward improvement plans from the management perspectives of market positioning,price strategy,promotion strategy and team building.
