Research On Regional Development Strategy Of Dalian Port Corporation

With the rapid development of China's port industry, cross-regional integration of port resources become an important industry trend. Past two years, in Liaoning Province, Dalian Government's active support and promotion, Dalian Port Corporation launched a regional development strategy.In this thesis, the regional development strategy of Dalian Port Corporation is taken as the research object. First of all, to Dalian Port Corporation at present and in the regional development, the main problems of summarizing and induction; Second, Dalian Port Corporation of regional development related port area strategic investment value fully analyzed, and through the building attractive to each port competitiveness-model of development localization, the development strategy of discernment; Again, to Dalian Port Corporation regional development inside and outside environment system based on the analysis of regional development of comprehensive identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and through SWOT matrix structure on the structural analysis; Finally, according to the general strategy of Dalian Port Corporation and " Twelfth Five-Year Plan " development planning requirements, research and design the Dalian Port Corporation regional development strategy ,including development goal, guidelines, basic principles, development orientation and so on, and puts forward some strategies and measures.The conclusions of this thesis is that, Dalian Port Corporation should build the regional port network with strategic cooperative effect, complementary advantages, achieved by export-oriented port to port-introverted change, and innovate development model, to realize the strategic change from the regional single port operator to regional port comprehensive logistics operator and port resources development operators, so as to construct a new competitive advantage and realize the expansion of port development space and development model transformation.
