Along with the globalization of economy and development of high-technology, knowledge management is becoming the theory of enterprise management. Knowledge becomes the key factor and controllable resource f for enterprises to develop and get competitive advantage. How to invest and make use of great invisible knowledge which hides in internal company? How to impulse the knowledge sharing and innovation between different departments and individuals? These questions become key job for enterprises. Knowledge management is a management method for knowledge acquisition, storage, study, sharing and creation, which has been considered as living bible for enterprises to compete.Knowledge is the basic component of enterprise's innovation. Today, knowledge is getting abundant. The issue faced by knowledge management in enterprise is no longer the lack of knowledge but how to transform knowledge capital into enterprise benefit through knowledge service. Each business process needs various knowledge and it is composed by knowledge. If knowledge base does not combine well with business process, it will not only decrease the effectiveness of knowledge capital, but also will bring extra work load and confusion for employee. This essay mainly discussed the real knowledge process management issue in writer's team and the personal suggestion on improvement.This essay described the writher's own experience in HUB team. Through several cases, it manifested there were some space for HUB to improve on knowledge management which will provide the HUB engineer with more efficient and simple platform. The writher adopted 5W1H to define what the issue is, who the role is, analyze the cause to current messy knowledge, find out the root cause and provide the resolution at last.This essay aims to set up an integrative platform for HUB knowledge management and incentive system, improve the current disadvantages of knowledge service process, increase the speed and quality of knowledge searching, enhance employee's willingness to share and create knowledge, so as to ensure the service quality and customer's satisfaction.
