The Research On Structure Model And Operation Mechanism Of University-Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Network

Along with the arrival of knowledge economy times and the development of network information technology, technology innovation plays an increasingly important role. Integrity and complexity of technology innovation process make the enterprise hard to keep up with the pace of the technology and the market development relying on their own strength solely, and the reliance and exchange demand of the external organizations are growing stronger. Among them, the cooperative innovation with university is one of the most effective ways of improving the core competitive power of enterprise. The cooperation innovation between university and enterprise can make respective advantage resources obtain full sharing and complementary, and it can improve economic benefits and enhance core competitiveness of cooperation, then a bigger advantage forms to promote continuous development of cooperation innovation.At present, establishing cooperation innovation system becomes one of the important development strategies for the Chinese government to build an innovation-oriented country. Based on such opportunities and requirements, discussing structure model and operation mechanism of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network and analyzing the development status of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation have an important practical significance for promoting the development of the university-enterprise cooperation innovative activities and realizing the development strategy of an innovation-oriented country .On the basis of the existing research of the current university-enterprise cooperation innovation and innovation network of domestic and international scholars, from an open innovation and continuous innovation angle, this article systematically analyzes the network structure model of university-enterprise cooperation innovation and its operating mechanism and gives a positive analysis of the development situation of university-enterprise cooperation innovation network in Henan province. Finally, combining with the current development of university-enterprise cooperation innovation in Henan province, the paper proposes advices about promoting the healthy development of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network. This innovative work is mainly embodied in the following aspects:(1)Firstly, combining the school-enterprise cooperation innovation and the connotation of innovation network, this paper defines the concept of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network. On this basis, from the open innovation angle and the aspects of the basic elements composition of network, network relations, network link chain, life cycle of the network, this paper analyzes the structure model of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network in detail, and constructs the structure model of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network based on the open innovation. (2)The article discusses the operation mechanism of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network and considers that a perfect operation mechanism should be able to ensure that each part of the network make the university-enterprise cooperation innovation achieve sustained and stable development on the basis of giving full play to its own characteristics and functions. From the trust mechanism, learning mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, incentive mechanism and the coordination mechanism, this article analyzes the operation mechanism of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network and proposes some concrete measures. (3)Based on the secondhand data, such as statistical yearbook and so on and combining with the firsthand data of the questionnaire survey, this paper conducts the comprehensive empirical research on situation and existing problem of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation activities, and it provides feasible data and reference for putting forward the countermeasures for promoting the university-enterprise cooperation innovation to operate effectively.Although this paper makes a systematic and in-depth research on the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network structure and operation mechanism, affected by subjective and objective conditions, this paper also need develop a further research on the type of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network and the evaluation index system of the university-enterprise cooperation innovation network.
