Technological innovation is an important source of product andprocess innovation, with the era of knowledge economy, it is increasingly important inthe enterprise development, which has become the key factor in enhancing the corecompetitiveness. But due to the complexity of the technology itself, only relying oncompanies’ own knowledge reserves is difficult to achieve innovation, cooperateingwith university, combined universities’ theory knowledge with companies’ applicationknowledge, is of great significance for achieving a win-win situation.On the basis of the existing research of the current university-enterprisecooperation innovation, innovation network and knowledge integration of domestic andinternational scholars, based on the theory of open innovation and collaborativeinnovation, this paper analyses influencing factors and their coupling mode ofschool-enterprise knowledge integration,then designs coupling mechanism. Further,performing an empirical study of school-enterprise knowledge integration situation inHenan Province,inspects of the coupling mechanism and knowledge integrationperformance relationship using path analysis method. Finally, according to theempirical findings, make recommendations on how to enhance the knowledgeintegration performance of school-enterprise cooperation. The innovation of this paperis mainly reflected in following aspects:(1) Design six kind of coupling mechanism, technology mechanism, trustmechanism, study mechanism, inspiration mechanism, profit allocation mechanism andIntellectual property ownership mechanism, and analyse each of these mechanisms fordetail.(2) First,we put forward six-coupled mechanism and theory model of knowledgeintegration performance. Second, selecting enterprises which conduct cooperation withschools in Henan province as investigation objects use path analysis method to test thetheory model, correct and get the final path graph. At last, this article provides anin-depth analysis of each coupling mechanism of knowledge integration onperformance of direct effects, indirect effects, and the overall effect value.While this article researches coupling model and coupling mechanism ofknowledge integration on College-Enterprise cooperative innovation network systematicly, due to sample restrictions, also need to present research findings onwhether the test applied in other provinces;meanwhile,also need to study in-depth ofcomputer processes of knowledge integration between the two sides.
