The Research On Trust Mechanism Building Of Industry-university-research Cooperation Innovation Under E-innovation Environment

This project is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (71272164). E-innovation is a interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral, cross-regional knowledge sharing, and knowledge innovation platform which is based on the information infrastructure construction. Based on this platform, we can not only use global innovation resources for cooperative innovation, but also can promote technological achievements to be used all over the world and has a great significance to build an innovation-originated country. At present, academia on industry-university-research cooperation innovation research has made some achievements under the E-innovation environment, however, the lack of theoretical support on how to implement, especially how to establish the trust relationship among each member of innovation who is on the innovation platform based on the basic information infrastructure as soon as possible is the important foundation of cooperation innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss how to build the trust mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovation under the E-innovation environment, which will have great theoretical significance for it under the E-innovation environment.Based on the theory of trust, network governance and open innovation, and related literatures at home and abroad are summarized, adopt the method of literature analysis combined with case research, and conduct a comprehensive study to build the trust mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovation under the E-innovation environment. This paper is composed of four parts:Firstly, analysis the background and significance of the research and point out the importance of building trust mechanism under the E-innovation environment; Secondly, by comparing the trust mechanism of the industry-university-research cooperation innovation in the traditional environment and its characteristics, we will find the main characteristics under E-innovation environment; Thirdly, based on E-innovation environment condition, the research analyzes some cases of trust mechanism in the Internet operating platform, and refine the key elements to affect trust mechanism established what will provide reference for building trust mechanism under E-innovation environment; Fourthly, the paper research the critical path for establish the trust mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovation under E-innovation environment; Finally, the full text conclusion and future research prospects are given.
