Firstly, the relevant from the theory of development of the park, the park mode analysis of the relevant theory, followed by analysis of patterns of five basic content development of the park, and select the park with a typical case studies; again on five models' similarities and differences between qualitative analysis and comparison, mainly from the formation mechanism, the management body, the role of government, institutional and other aspects of running qualitative analysis, comparing the five models of the same and differences, to make the relevant advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation. With the special circumstances of our country, our government focus on tissue-type park qualitative analysis.
