Post evaluation is a process that determines the relative value of each post of the enterprise. Post evaluation system includes evaluation method, evaluation indicator and criteria, evaluation indicator weights, post evaluation and data processing and so on. Scientific and reasonable post evaluation results can provide a reliable basis for the enterprise's salary, recruitment, training, etc.This paper takes R private iron and steel enterprise production post as the research object, based on the characteristics of corporate positions and useing the literature review,post analysis and expert method ,refines iron and steel enterprise's post evaluation factors and indicators. Then the paper further screens and determines the post evaluation indicators by factor analysising the questionnaire data.By using AHP constructing evaluating indicator judgment matrix,the paper determines scientific and reasonable index weight and distribution points and implements post evaluation and data processing on this basis and the forms position relative value evaluation score results of the enterprise.The post evaluation system established under the enterprise's characteristics can make the the post evaluation results more objective, scientific, rational, and the salary design based on the system can better reflect enterprise's actual sistuation, providing a reliable basis for human resources management such as staff recruitment, salary distribution , training, bonuses, etc; meanwhile, the ideas, methods, processes and tools using in the post evaluation system also have some reference value to other enterprises.
