A Study On Evaluation Indicators System Of Private Enterprises Social Responsibility

With the development of social economy, as the main form of social wealth creation, enterprise's influence is gradually enlarged. So enterprise's social responsibility are putted forward higher requirements. In our country, the private enterprises which increasingly grow made an important contribution for economic development and social progress. But meanwhile they exposed many social responsibility. In strengthening private enterprise society responsibility construction, it is very important that establishing a set of complete and systematic evaluation indicators system which can accord with private enterprise characteristics and possesses stronger feasibility and practicality of social responsibility. Based on corporate social responsibility related theory, this paper summarized part scholars both at home and abroad research achievements in corporate social responsibility evaluation, and analyzed some of the major evaluation criteria and discussed private enterprises features in social responsibility. The author believes that the private enterprise society responsibility evaluation must pay attention to enterprise's actual situation, outstand entrepreneur's role and should not only have layers but also attach importance to the stakeholders. Therefore, this paper proposes private enterprise should assume the responsibility of three levels: basic responsibility, public responsibility and dedication responsibility. Basic responsibility mainly includes economic interest responsibility and legal responsibility. Public responsibility includes the ethical responsibilities and charitable responsibility, and dedication responsibility mainly refers to the citizen dedication responsibility. According to the classification, this paper respectively sets up three first-order index, 5 secondary indexes and 44 level 3 index, and constructs the private enterprise society responsibility evaluation indicator system, and assigns the relevant index weight. And then, in Tianjin two listed private enterprise's social responsibility situation were conducted. Finally, some suggestions were put forward that how to improve private enterprise society responsibility evaluation indicators system and strengthen the private enterprise social responsibility construction.
