Research On Peasants' Income Growth In Huang Yan

Since the efforts of reform and opening up over the past 30 years, the agricultural integrated production capacity in our country steps several stages. Agricultural products have realized from long term shortage to overall balance and historical transition of surpluses during years. Due to variation of agricultural products supply-demand relationship, the agriculture development was restrained from resource to resource and market.It appeared a new trend. That is, agricultural product was difficult to sell and the peasants'income increasing slowly. In this stage, most peasants cross over food and clothing stage already. After it was in a basic balance for supply, it became an outstanding problem about how to solve peasant's growth in earnings.It has the important economic and political meaning to study the farmers'income growth in Huang Yan. However, the growth of the farmers' income in Huang Yan all tends to be slower, which has been the main factor that restrain the reform and economy development in Huang Yan. It has been the problem to solve immediately. The problem of the farmers' income growth in Huang Yan both has the widespread total of the national farmers'income growth problem, also caused the special characteristics that is different from that of other regions for be affecting by the special factor of region economics and objective environments. Therefore, in order to resolve the growth of farmers' income in Huang Yan, we should look for the apocalypse from the widespread regulation.The article used the method of theatrical research and evidence analysis. In the first part it made a deep analysis on the present condition of the farmers' income growth in Huang Yan. In the second part, a research was made on some factors which restricted the farmers' income growth in Huang Yan. At the end of the article, it combined with the features in Huang Yan and provided some suggestions to solve the problems of peasants' income growth.
