Research On Huang Huang Express Way Operation Cost Control

Over the past 20 years,China highway construction has made great achievements,with the gradual improvement of China's highway network,and increase the service time of highway and traffic flow,operating costs increased year by year,the importance of highway management,maintenance and operation is gradually emerging.Under this background,the analysis of the operation cost,reduce the possibility of operating costs,take effective measures,the establishment of cost control system of expressway operating company,for the healthy development of the highway,it is very important to build a conservation oriented society.The main content of this paper is the operation cost control of Expressway company.Through the Hubei freeway cost expenditure data of the annual calendar cost,take the vertical and horizontal comparison method,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition and proportion of operating costs,and ultimately establish highway cost control system,improve the management level,reasonable control of operating costs,improve profitability,and promote the sustainable development of expressway.
