The Analysis Of The Growth Mechanism Of The New Peasants From The Perspective Of Specialization

New Peasants are an essential requirement for New Countryside construction and modern agricultural development in rural areas. With the continuous development of China's agriculture, New Peasants as outstanding representatives of modern peasants have gradually grown up. In the field of academic research has been mostly focus on the definition of new peasants, but there are very little to be concerned with the internal growth mechanisms for New Peasants. My research focused the weak links in this area and tried to discover the internal growth mechanism of New Peasants in order to promote the growth of New Peasants, meet the needs of modern agriculture development and provides a new way of thinking to China's "Three Rural Issues".In the theoretical part, this paper main application of the political economy, Western economics, regional economics, development economics and industrial economics theory to analyze the growth mechanisms of New Peasants. The empirical part based on the indignation on Caozhai town in Jinhua city. The questionnaire used a combination of interviews and field research methods to provide empirical support.First of all, this article analyses the growth of specialization and the evolution of peasants. Specialization promoted the development of agriculture so that peasants divided internal, experienced changes from traditional peasants to modern peasants.Secondly, analyze the growth mechanism of peasants from the perspective of specialization:(1) The evolution of the market mechanism- performance as the extension of industry chain, market-oriented mechanisms and interest-driven mechanism. Peasants become the main business of modern agriculture as the extension of industry chain; the market-oriented mechanisms strengthen the dominant position of the peasants; the interest-driven mechanisms promote the improvement of rural market system, and then, promote the growth of a new type of peasants.(2) The system innovative mechanisms - specialization promote economic system reforms, including the reform of household registration system, the household contract responsibility system, and the development of peasant organizations. In the same time, the professional cooperation organizations of peasants are growing up. The implementation of the household contract responsibility system gradually so that peasants have the behavior characteristics of entrepreneurs. Specialized cooperative organizations of peasants promote the development of production; therefore, it promoted the growth of new peasants.(3) Technological progress mechanisms-The accumulation of human capital accelerate the modernization process of the peasants. Agricultural science and technology development and agricultural become more standardization, peasants enhance their quality of science and technology. Peasants take the initiative to learn so they are different from the traditional peasants. Therefore, the development of technological has promoted the growth of new peasants.Third, this paper takes Caozhai town of Jinhua City as the researching object. On the basis of understanding the peasants' new status, the growth mechanisms of the new peasants have been confirmed further through the empirical analysis. It comes to be the market evolution, the system of innovation and technological progress as the three main mechanisms for peasants to grow. That supports the theoretical research in this paper.Finally, the author summarized the full text, pointing out that the new peasants have their own inherent rules for growth. After that, the author put forward some political recommendations for the cultivating new peasants. At last, I advanced the prospect of this study further.
