Research On Collaborative Inventory Management Of Supply Chain In Beer Industry Based On System Dynamics

Inventory management is one of the important contents of supply chain management,is the important link to realize the value-added of the value chain,which plays a vital role in the coordinated development of the supply chain.With the global economy entering the adjustment stage.Under the pressure of double competition at home and abroad,the development of beer industry in China has obviously slowed down.Consumer choice of the product tends to be uncertain,diversified and dynamic which accelerates the process of shortening the beer life cycle.The slight change of beer consumer demand leads to the rapid expansion of consumer demand information in the supply chain,leading to imbalance between supply and demand,and serious inventory imbalance in supply chain,which increases the difficulty of inventory management control to a certain extent.This article carries on the analysis on the development of beer industry,finds that the information asymmetry within the industry supply chain of the industry is the main reason for the negative growth of the beer industry in recent years.And then deep analysis of the beer industry supply chain inventory management.we found that the industry supply chain information asymmetry and the existence of the bullwhip effect is the main cause of the slowdown in the beer industry growth.Large inventory of high management costs takes a serious obstacle to the development of the beer industry.Aiming at the problems of beer supply chain inventory management,the idea of application system design architecture of collaborative supply chain inventory management application,the beer industry according to the application architecture to construct the beer industry supply chain collaborative inventory management system,using system dynamics to platform system has carried on the systematic analysis,build the beer industry supply chain collaborative inventory management based on system dynamics model,and finally by GZ yanjing beer data using Vensim simulation software simulation analysis was carried out on the collaborative inventory management.The study found that under the supply chain collaborative inventory management platform,the original inventory fluctuation of the beer industry in the supply chain can be effectively controlled,side reflects the collaborative inventory management platform can effectively restrain the Bullwhip benefit and the optimization of supply chain collaboration structure,information sharing,strengthening the cooperation between supply chain members of each node entity is the effective measure to control the inventory.
