Meanwhile in the development of global economic integration process, when each industry was confronted with warious risk attacks, the financial risk pre-warning increasingly becomes the key that the industry makes an accurate decision, in other words, financial risk pre-warning has become one important way for enterprises to gain the unique competitive advantage. Under such a background, studying and establishing the China shipping enterprises of the financial risks of pre-warning model has also become a extensive attention of issue from the theorists and businesses circles. Second, the paper selected two representative shipping enterprises, and analysised the enterprises themselves and industrial comparative, and constructed their financial risk pre-warning models. According to this empirical analysis, the paper put forward the critical level of the China shipping enterprise financial risk pre-warning. It will have certain suggest significance for the development of the later China shipping enterprise financial risk pre-warning model.Finally, to the results of the empirical study, the paper from solvency, financial benefit canacity, assets operation ability and development ability put forward advices, which will promote the ability of China shipping enterprises financial risk pre-warning.
