Talent resources have become the first resource, and constantly enhance the level of talent resources management not only improve the market competitiveness of enterprises urgent needs, but also an important business to ensure sustainable development. Harbin AB Group has experienced twenty years of development, Group size has grown at the same time, poor management of talent resources limited the development of enterprises, and led to the big gap between employee satisfaction and business management objectives.This article is from the reality of Harbin AB Group, draws on well-known business success of the HR management experience, in-depth analysis of AB Group, Management of Human Resources. It diagnosed the human resources management system of the Harbin AB Group, summarized the existing problems. Mainly reflected in the lack of scientific planning of human resources management, job responsibilities is unknown, scientific staff recruitment, lack of talent pool, training and remuneration system is imperfect, and so on. In response to these problems, the author through research and process analysis methods, the use of human resources management theories and techniques of AB group human resources management system human resources planning, talent acquisition, job analysis, human resources team building, training and remuneration of the six systems were redesigned. To the AB group in the fierce competition in the market can effectively attract and retain qualified personnel and the rational use of personnel, thus creating greater value for the Group, to enhance the core competitiveness of the Group AB.
