Research On The Sino-Russian Cooperation In The High-tech Industry

A high-tech industry refers to production of the high-tech products and the research and development (R&D) organizations. High-tech industry has the paramount importance in the world, in the domain of strategic grounds, which is directly related to the country's national power and the globalized economy, politics and the global position. In the current scenario of world's economic globalization, and the deepening of regional economic coalition (integration), international economic cooperation for the promotion of economic development, increases the role of high-tech industries. Ability to effectively participate in the division of labor with other countries, to expand economic horizon and technological exchanges have the become the decision of choice and also the time, for a country's economic and technological groom (development). China and Russia are one of the most important countries in the world today, so the development of high-tech industries and the establishment of effective national innovation systems are the first and foremost requirement for the two countries.
