Based On The The Cas Theory Of Enterprise Organizational Skills Emerged Mechanism

With the global competition and information age coming, the new form of enterprise organization, such as strategic alliance, virtual enterprise, modular organization and network organization, will be widely used by the enterprises in the 21st century. The new enterprise organization form regards as the organization evolution from the Functional organization to the Flow type organization gradually. The structure and the operation rule of the enterprise organizational capability system also is in produce evolution. The enterprise organizational capability reflects, to a large extent, the whole operation ability of organizational processes. In the dynamic complex environment, that the enterprises can optimize and deploy resources successfully and operate business process effectively to gain the competitive advantage, to a great extent, depends on the enterprise coordination and management ability to the organizational process, i.e. the enterprise organizational capability. Therefore, there is a very important practical significance to further study on the enterprise organizational capability to the sustainable development of the enterprises.But, the relevant theoretical research on the enterprise organizational capability in our country is defective and backward. Especially the study of the enterprise organizational capability based on the organizational processes is neglible. At present, the study is confined to the enterprise organizational capability influence of enterprise resources advantage, organizational routines, organization structure and enterprise knowledge in our country. The mechanism of the enterprise organizational capability to form is not in depth analysed. So, the research on emergence mechanism of the enterprise organizational capability based on the organizational processes will be the problems to be solved in the theoretical study.This paper analyses the study situation of the enterprise organizational capability based on the experiences and achievements in research from the domestic and foreign. Firstly, this paper illustrates the complex adaptive system theory and the emergence mechanism. Then, based on the basic ideas of the Complex Adaptive System (CAS) theory and the research result of Organization and Management, this paper analyzes the complex adaptive ability of the enterprise organizational capability system, the structure and the operation rule of the system, and set up the concept model of enterprise organizational capability system based on the organizational processes. Next, based on the basic principle of emerging theory, this paper analyzes the Constrained Generating Procedures (CGP) of enterprise organizational capability system emerging. And this paper sets up the concept model of the CGP about the enterprise organizational capability system, depended on the modeling ideas about Multi-Agent. Finally, this paper simulates and models the concept model of the CGP about the enterprise organizational capability system using the Delphi software. The research results will be able to provide theoretical reference and guidance to the enterprise organizational capability development,business processes of organization and coordination, resources reconstruction and so on.
