A Study On The Measurement Model Of Emergence Of Enterprise Organization Capability System

Under the dynamic competitive environment, cultivating and lifting the organizational capability of enterprises has become the key to enterprise survive in the complicated and changeable environment, keep long-term stability of competitive advantage, keep ahead in the global integration. To be able to provide theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of enterprises foster organizational capacity in the practice, encourage enterprises utilization of organizational routines, organization, processes and resources in a dynamic environment, under the constraints of organizational routines in organizational processes run with high efficiency, optimize resource structure for integration of internal and external resources in order to achieve optimal allocation of resources to achieve customer value gain sustainable competitive advantage. The content of this paper starts. Firstly, Organizational capabilities are organizational practices based on environmental changes on the design of organizational processes, restructuring, monitoring and optimization of dynamic capabilities with document analysis and interviews method. On this basis, this paper builds model of process of the emergence and analyze emergence mechanism of organizational capability system.From the system evolution and the edge of chaos to study emergence, combined with the theory of enterprise organizational ability system, the emergence of two types:weak emergence and stronger emergence, based on the emergence mechanism and characteristics of enterprise organization capability system.Using entropy to measure emergent properties of enterprise organization capability building evaluation index of emergence and analyzing the positive entropy and negative entropy in the system. Considering the positive entropy including organization process and organizational routine, mainly elements of negative entropy is environment entropy. Then using method and analysis model of information entropy to build measure emergence properties model of organization ability system. Finally, is empirical analysis.Selecting KUNMING YUNNEI POWER as the object of empirical analysis.Through interviews and other ways to obtain indicators data in2008-2012. Simulations are carried out using MatIab7.0toolbox. The conclusions are followed:(1)Operation efficiency of organization process and management ability of the organization’s processes basis on organizational routines is the foundation of enterprise organization ability system emergence produces.(2)The change of the outside world especially in environmental industry and the national macro policy these fluctuations factors triggered the enterprise organization produce system, affect the generated strength of the enterprise organization capability emergence properties.
