The Study On The Domestic Power Coal Supply Chain And Development Strategy

With the rapid development of energy-intensive industries, since the economy structure in China is based on the heavy industries, the demand for coal in related industries is growing rapidly. However, our power generation is mainly by thermal power, so it is of upmost important to guarantee the supply of power-coal for the demand of generation. For the distribution of resources and consumption is imbalanced, resulting transportation of coal from north to south and west to east. At the same time, owing to the mechanism of coal and power price and bottleneck of transport capacity, supply and demand of coal are always strained, especially encountering natural disasters and other emergencies, may lead to the problem of electricity shortage. Production and transportation of coal are important parts in our energy supply system, and the coordinated development of power coal supply chain will affect the overall balance of the basic pattern of energy. Therefore, the study on the easing and resolving the fundamental problem of a shortage of coal countermeasures is significant and far-reaching for ensuring stable and rapid development of China's economy.In this thesis, firstly, focused on the structure and characteristics of domestic power-coal, analyze the present demand and supply situation of power-coal and the status of the transport corridors, propose the problems existing, including supply, demand, capacity, supply chain reliability and logistics costs. Secondly, based on the analysis of characteristics of the coal supply chain logistics capability, construct the assess index system, and put forward the evaluation method for coal supply chain logistics capability by applying the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, for the coal supply chain status quo and problems existing, propose the specific measures to improve the guarantee of power coal supply chain from the view of coal supply chain integration, port construction and the integration of coal and electricity.
