Training and development refers to the organization as enables them to obtain or improve job-related knowledge, skills, motivation behavior, attitudes made the planning, systematic efforts, through such efforts can effectively improve the performance of employees and help the employees know the strategy well.Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, is China's second largest iron and steel state-owned enterprises. Company headquarters is located in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, Anshan iron ore resource-rich region, However, the absence of attention to human resources training, resulting personnel instability, coupled with some of the old state-owned enterprises management shortcomings greatly restrict the company's development.This paper is an in-depth understanding of management practices of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company, based on the training system for the development of the human resources research and thinking problems. With the study of the company whose human resource training system we try to give some creative advices on the human resource training system.First, this paper shows the background and significance of topics, and describes the status of international human resource training and human resources development and training theories are reviewed; and then describe the human resources development and training system and model building; finally analysis the Anshan Iron and Steel Group human resources development and training.
