With the high-speed development of market economy, competition among enterprises intensifies, more and more enterprises pay attention to Self-Managed Teams with the originality, high intelligence quotient and results-oriented workers. On the basis of literature review, interview and questionnaire survey, this thesis with four parts firstly discusses the content structure of Self-Managed Teams and its correlative based upon more than 800 effective questionnaires from 20 enterprises.First, this part Summaries the concept of self-management, theory groups, the definition and types of team, the definition of self-management teams; China and foreign research progress and related research achievements, through consulting China and foreign literature, which is to lay the theory foundation for the further research.Second, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to test the conceptual model of Self-Managed Teams constructed with five factors of Mutual Cooperation, Common Goal, Team Learning, Mutual Trust and Leader Authority. The reliability and validity of Self-Managed Teams Questionnaire are highly enough.Third, hierarchical regression analysis finds out that Self-Managed Teams can be applied to obviously predicting team performance and team members'job satisfaction.At last, T Test and ANOVA are used to test whether employees among the variable of Demography and Histology have some significant cognizant differences upon the content of Self-Managed Teams.
