The Research On The Set Up Of MY Tobacco Company's Corporate Strategy Management Based On Budget System

As an advanced, efficient tool of internal control management, overall-budget management is used to allocate the whole enterprise's resource and wealth. It's meaningful to reach the strategy goal of enterprise and to enhance the level of corporate management.To be an efficient, low-cost company, MY tobacco company, Ltd has been carrying overall budgeting into execution since 2005. Due to some loose control problems of budget, which were not solved well, there's still a long way to reach MY tobacco company's prospect.
