The Study About Paucity Of Public Financial Investment Under The Current Situation Of Mass Higher Education

This thesis mainly talks about the paucity of public financial investment under the current situation of mass higher education. It includes five parts, and the narration of the first part is preface of this thesis. The second part of this thesis is mainly about the current situation of mass higher education and public financial investment and the relationship between them.After realizing the relationship between the current situation of mass higher education and the public financial investment, this article attempts to find what result in the relationship between them. The third part of this article explains the reasons of paucity of public financial investment under the current situation of mass higher education. There are five explanations, including paucity of public financial investment, inequity of public financial investment, unreasonable use of income in college, the unvaried development of higher education and paucity of private higher education.In order to cope with this problem more effectively, this article shows up the income situation of higher education in U.S, U.K and Japan, and then summarizing three measures to cope with the problem in this three countries.At last, this article gives some piece of advice to cope with the problem, including strengthening the public financial investment, broadening the channels of higher education income, fulfilling the equity of public financial investment in varied colleges, enhancing the using rate of public financial investment in colleges, supporting the development of private higher education and encouraging the varied development of higher education.To cope with this problem, it needs the cooperation among government, society and college. If every participant works together, the paucity of public financial investment under the current situation of mass higher education can be coped with very easily.
