The competition between the enterprises is talent competition, is the competition of comprehensive quality of enterprises' human resource. As the retailing and wholesaling market of product oil is gradually opened after our country joined WTO, various economic entities take part in the competition of domestic petroleum industry, multinational petroleum industry magnates scramble for the product oil market inland in succession. The circumstance that the state product oil selling corporations monopolize the sales market had changed into the situation that the domestic companies and multinational corporations compete with each other intensely. The theory of organizational behavior consider that the level of employee's organizational commitment immediate impact employee's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. With the purpose of adapting to the new situation, petroleum marketing enterprise must keep the employees stabilization and improve employee's organizational commitment in order to motivate employee's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and enhance competitiveness. According to the theory of organizational commitment and practical conditions in petroleum marketing enterprise, this article researches the organizational commitment of petroleum marketing enterprise employee. First, we exert petroleum marketing enterprise employee's organizational commitment scale to collect data information so as to realize the total level of petroleum marketing enterprise employee'organizational commitment. Secondly, we use exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the data of petroleum marketing enterprise employee' organizational commitment scale and we divide petroleum marketing enterprise employee' organizational commitment to affective commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, economic commitment and choice commitment. Finally, we give advices to improve petroleum marketing enterprise employee' organizational commitment.
