This study takes enterprises from China’s actual conditions, which focus on the relevant theoretical and Empirical Study on the multi-influence among the three variables:perception of organizational politics (POP), organizational commitment(OC), job performance (JP).In the part of theoretical research, this study uses the literature research method.by systematically analyzing relevant researches, This study summarizes the definition, structure,measurement and relevant reaserch of the three variables. On this basis, the paper constructs a preliminary theoretical model of this research. In the empirical study, basis on the research of the three variables at home and abroad, as well as relevant literature,this study design preliminary questionnaire of POP, OC and JP. Sample data was obtained through investigation,then, this study used exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to build preliminary model, and prove the model with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to get the final model, made a research on the relationship of the three variables,finally, the paper tested hypothesis of conceptual model by structural equation model(SEM).Empirical study shows that the measure of three variables has good reliability and validity. The perception of organizational politics (POP) consists of3factors, which were respectively named as self-interest behaviors, pay and promotion and the relationship between colleagues. And organizational commitment(OC) consists of3factors, which were respectively named as normative commitment, affective commitment, sustained commitment. Morever, job performance (JP) consists of2factors, which were respectively named as task performance and associated performance. POPS have a significant negative impact on OC, and self-interest behavior have a significant negative impact on normative commitment, affective commitment, sustained commitment, pay and promotion have a significant negative impact on normative commitment, and the relationship between colleagues have a significant negative impact on sustained commitment and normative commitment. Morever, OC have a significant positive impact on JP, affective commitment and sustained commitment have a significant positive impact on task performance and associated performance, and normative commitment have a significant positive impact on task performance.And POPS have a significant negative impact on JP, self-interest behaviors, pay and promotion and the relationship between colleagues have a significant negative impact on ask performance and associated performance.
