Research On Prevention Of Moral Hazard In Logistics Service Supply Chain

Successful operation of logistics service supply chain requires the cooperation of enterprises. But goals of maximizing their own interests could induce enterprises to make something contrary to others'interests in the process of cooperation. And considering the asymmetric information among enterprises, the problem of moral hazard in logistics service supply chain will occur at any time. The existence of moral hazard in logistics service supply chain can not only damage the interests of member enterprises, but also jeopardize the stability and development of entire logistics service supply chain. In the operation process of logistics service supply chain, how to prevent the occurrence of moral hazard is the key to ensure the interests of member enterprises and quality of service.On the premise of analyzing the present studies of moral hazard in logistics service supply chain at home and abroad and according to theory of logistics service supply chain, theory of moral hazard and game theory, a systematical analytics of moral hazard in logistics service supply chain is conducted. Roots of causing moral hazard in logistics service supply chain and internal and external factors affecting moral hazard are fixed, and the performance characteristics of moral hazard in logistics service supply chain are analyzed, and it is further definite that moral hazard of logistics services integrator is the focus of this paper. On the basis of the moral hazard of logistics service integrator and game theory, a quantitative analysis of moral hazard in logistics services supply chain is conducted. Different models of moral hazard in logistics services supply chain under symmetric and asymmetric information conditions are constructed to analyze the different corporate behaviors and decision-making of enterprises. Moreover, some influence factors are introduced to analyze their impact on moral hazard and relevant conclusions are verified by simulation analysis, which display that introducing the factors could improve service level of logistics service provider and reduce moral hazard of integrator. Based on the quantitative and qualitative research above, prevention measures and prevention mechanisms of moral hazard are put forward.The results show that moral hazard in logistics services supply chain could be effectively prevented through rationally using and controlling the influence factors, such as strengthening supervision and control of logistics services, increasing cost of moral hazard of enterprise, introducing competition among logistics service providers and so on. In addition, prevention mechanisms of moral hazard in logistics services supply chain including incentive-supervision mechanism and information sharing mechanism should also be conducted to prevent moral hazard greatly from the angle of roots of moral hazard.
