The general office of the state council on December 2009, issued that the Suggestions on the construction of hainan international tourism island. by 2020, we will connect the hainan tourism service facilities, the level of management and service with the international travel service standards , which brings Hainan province to a world-class leisure vacation resort island.In recent years, tourism industry is developing rapidly, tourism's radiation range is very wide, and the hotel industry is one of the most directly affected industries. the effect caused by the construction of international tourism island accelerates a dramatic hotel increase. there was a serious phenomenon of oversupply and price fluctuation. it is disadvantageous to the development of hainan tourism and economic development.This article reveals the existing problem of hotel room and price under the background of international tourism, it analyses the hidden problem about and development, the development includes hotel prices' effect to sustainable development, the phenomenon of investment behavior and market economy, the management is about the advantages and disadvantages bringing by governmental price fixing, it also analyses the scientific and actualization of principle.Based on the analysis above, combined with the hotel management knowledge, we use relevant statistical methods and model to make an empirical analysis about visitor arrivals, hotel price and number. on the visitor arrivals, by a series of increasing rates and the past numbers, we make regression analysis. About the number of room and hotel, through the consumption level and consumption proportion, we use ratio analysis and weighted average method to determine the hotel quantity, About price, we have a comprehensive consideration of the real estate, manpower and material resources, seasonal factors, then make a plan of hotel price by weighted average method and grading calculation method. Finally combining the actual situation and the above results, we give Suggestions and countermeasures about the price and the number of hotel room .
